Quarterback collect personally identifiable information when you register with us and when you use our services.

The information collected by the web server operating system lists: an hourly summary of all accesses, a domain report listing the domain your are entering from, organisation report lists the last numbers of your IP address, search word report shows which words you used to search for us, your computer’s operating system, status code tells us whether the files you requested are valid, file size report lists the size of the page files requested, file type of the requests, a directory report of the pages served and file request report lists all the files served.

We use security safeguards to protect information from unauthorised access and misuse. However, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.  Any transmission of personal data is at your own risk.  We use the most accurate and current information you provide in order to process your request.

The Act gives you the right to access information we hold about you.  Your right to access can be exercised in accordance with the Act.  Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of information we hold about you.

We may edit this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our web pages.
