Financial Integration – Sage Module
IQ integrates to Sage Line50 to provide a seamless method to enter invoice values from the system invoice/valuation module.
Line50 and other Sage/financial software would remain the principal financial recording, banking and payroll packages for clients, IQ will provide input to reduce double keying and simplify process for staff for operational costs & value input.
Satellite Tracking Module

IQ integrates with the Rastrac vehicle satellite tracking system and Minor Planet software (where permitted).
Vehicle movement status, speed, street location are displayed on the whiteboard alongside the operative that vehicle is allocated to. A click thru function opens a street map browser window with that vehicle at its centre.
By entering operative home and client/site addresses into the satellite system, indicators for ‘location name’ can be enabled on the whiteboard.
Timesheet Module
The system will produce pre-printed weekly timesheets for comparison with operative submitted claims for time worked. This ensures no jobs have been ‘missed’ from other parts of the system.
Timesheets are produced using job type and company information from the whiteboard, plus satellite tracking start-end-location data.
This module will soon be available as an onscreen database to record ‘actual’ values after comparison with manual information, searchable on date range historically and print results on demand for manual entry to payroll processing packages.
(available q3 2008) Full integration with Sage Payroll is being investigated.
