Create standardised format Quotes from any internet connection, with a wide variety of customisable pricing structures, day rates, repeat visits, additional items: all stored in libraries so everyone's quote looks the same and is probably spelt the same way too.

Quote items can be added by the millimetre, centimetre, or metre - linear and square area or by single item. We have incremental charging so it can cost less or more to carry out more of a job type and, associate other items and charges with a job type, such as generator or skip hire.

Quotes can be sent online via email or fax and are stored automatically in the document management section. Quotes are also logged in the Quote Tracker so you can instantly see which ones are outstanding and chase them accordingly.

You might need to amend sent quotes or add new items, simply supercede the sent document and amend the new version and send it. If needs must you can print and post it as well.

We think Quote Builder is unique, because we built it to replicate the pricing process that happens inside a sub-contractor brain and it wasn't specified by an accountant.
